Focusing on composition, color theory, and values, this class allows students to experiment with various medium techniques, including clay, watercolor, mixed media, acrylic, and tempera. 60 minutes. Ages 4-6. THIS WEEK: This week we’re celebrating the lunar new year! 2026 is the year of the horse, so we’ll be painting this majestic stead. Our objective with this piece is to capture form with stark contrast for an impactful image. Students will exercise restraint with this limited pallet as they challenge their dexterity.
