We're so lucky to have found Aaliyah after our former Nanny moved away. Aaliyah is so extremely sweet and warm with our 9 month old babygirl, which is exactly what we were looking for! She's a great communicator and is very flexible with our schedule. Aaliyah goes thru the day following all our preferences but also adds value to our daily routine and gives us ideas/recommendations as our baby continues to meet new milestones.
