CERTIFIED TEACHER!!! About me: I am a 24-year-old special education teacher along with having a degree in elementary education. I'm looking for some extra hours on the weekends. I am very flexible and have a lot of experience with children of all ages. From Fall 2020-July 2022 I worked as a live in nanny (Boston area) before becoming a certified teacher. I'm still very close with the family and often see the now 4yr old and 7yr old every 5-6 weeks if the time allows! Along with this experience, I have worked in my mother's home daycare since I was very young and I have been babysitting since I was 12 years old. We hired Abby for several days in the summer time prior to our 2 year old daughter starting daycare. Our little one took to Abby very quickly and couldn't stop talking about her. We were thoroughly impressed with her ability to jump right in and anticipate what our little one would need next. She's very professional, engaging, and trustworthy. Would hire her again in a heartbeat.
