About Abigail

I'd describe my personality as honest, empathetic, and reliable. I enjoy working with kids because I want to help them establish important life skills. As a kid, I remember having adults in my life that helped me and I want to do the same for other kids. I'm looking for a part time job where I can make families lives easier by being a nanny that they can rely on and trust. I started working with kids when I was a teen. I began with babysitting for family and neighbors, then enjoyed helping with the children's ministry at my church, and now I'm a part time nanny for an 18-month-old. In my spare time, I like to play with my puppy, sing, and catch up on homework. One thing you should know about me is that I believe honesty and communication is key for me to be the best nanny possible. I expect corrective criticism and look forward to being told how I can improve in anyway. My skills include active listening, child development, and problem solving.
