About Abigail

Hello! Im Abigail and I have been a professional nanny since graduating with my BS in 2020. I studied env. science and childhood education so I love being interactive with kids through experiential learning, especially outside. I interned with several Montessoris during this time and spent several summers at a local youth oriented farm leading field trips! I have been in childcare for 8 years with newborns to elementary age and all combinations. Being in a nanny share was great for me and I'd be very open to that again. Reliability and communication are essential and feeling valued as an extension of your family unit so I do ask for guaranteed weekly hours. In My free time I love hiking, reading, crafts, and spoiling my pets. I also live on a farm in Staunton and would be open to hosting for the right family.
