About Abigail

Hi there! I am a 24-year-old artist & architectural designer currently taking a break from my industry. I have multiple years of experience working with children and have 2 years of experience as a lifeguard at the YMCA overseeing the safety of all ages. Growing up with a middle school educator & Girl Scouts leader as a mother, I know just how important it is to treat every child with kindness, respect, and the utmost consideration to instill a positive relationship with their authority figures. I believe that self esteem manifests in the small moments of early childhood development. I really admire the insightful minds of children! I love integrating child-led, educational lessons into every day activities to enhance the natural curiosities they have about their world through a Montessori approach. My favorite ways to do this are through arts & crafts, nature walks, and imaginative play. In my free time I love to paint, hike, attend concerts, and cuddle my 3 cats!
