Words cannot begin to express how thankful we are for Abby. If she weren’t moving out of state, we would keep her forever. Abby is a literal angel — she came into our lives exactly when we needed her most. As first-time parents who suddenly found ourselves without childcare for our 6-month-old daughter, we could not have found a better person to shepherd us into this new chapter of care. Abby is the picture of professionalism — courteous, prompt (always a few minutes early), extremely adept and knowledgable, and the clearest communicator. She kept meticulous notes in a great app, captured special moments, and was a true partner in our daughter’s care. Her childcare skills and wisdom are exceptional. She helped us to feel more comfortable with big milestones like starting solids and working on rolling. We knew without a doubt that our daughter was in capable, safe, and kind hands every day. More than her skills, Abby’s heart is what really shines. She truly loved our daughter like her own, and built a lasting connection that will always have a special place in our family. Welcoming her into our family for our time together was the absolute best decision — any family would be blessed to work with her!
