With years of experience caring for infants and toddlers from 0-5, I bring both expertise and genuine passion to every family I support. My background in psychology with a focus on early childhood development shapes everything I do -- from understanding newborn behavior to nurturing the parent-child bond. I specialize in newborns, infants, and their parents, practicing attachment parenting rooted in responsiveness and coregulation. I believe babies thrive when caregivers feel calm, grounded, and truly supported. My own postpartum experience was filled with an incredible village -- and I want to be that for families who need it most. Currently completing my postpartum doula certification, I offer: For parents: healing & recovery, meals, laundry, hydration, household tasks, errands, night support, and newborn education. For babies: feeding support, sleep support, soothing, and developmental guidance. You deserve to feel held during this season. I'm here for all of it.
