For the past three years, I've been dedicated to supporting adults and seniors, cherishing their well-being and independence. My previous roles have only reinforced my passion for this work. I understand the importance of providing families with a reliable care option. I approach each situation with patience, a calm demeanor, and a friendly attitude. I'm also professional and detail-oriented. I keep families informed through verbal updates, texts, or phone calls, always respecting their preferred method of communication. Creating a comfortable environment is my priority when connecting with care recipients. I adapt to changing routines, handle confusion with grace, and incorporate memory care activities when needed. I'm equipped to provide transportation, run errands, assist with light housekeeping, and prepare meals. I also have current CPR Training.
