About Adaysha

Hi, my name is Adaysha. I have over 10 years of childcare experience, including more than seven years of nannying and babysitting, along with professional roles as a Lead Teacher and Registered Behavior Technician in an autism therapy setting. I've worked with children from 2 months to 14 years old and have strong experience supporting children with special needs and developmental differences. I am CPR and First Aid certified for infants, children, and adults. I also hold a food handler's license and a fingerprint clearance card. I focus on creating a safe, structured, and engaging environment where children feel supported, stimulated, and understood.
