About Adriana

I've worked in childcare for 11+ years with experience both professionally and personally. I've cared for infants as young as 2. 5 months through middle school age. I strive to support families by creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment so parents feel confident their children are in great hands. I recently completed my contract as a kindergarten teacher and currently have flexible availability. I hold a bachelor's degree in finance and accounting, which helps me stay organized and dependable, but childcare is where I naturally thrive. I enjoy building routines that include reading, outdoor time, arts and crafts, and minimal screen time based on family preferences. I love getting kids outside for fresh air, whether at a park or on a walk. One of my goals continues to be making sure children feel seen, heard, & cheerfully cared for. I'm comfortable with being on camera or providing updates throughout the day. I follow a gentle parenting approach.
