About Adriana

Hi there! I'm Adriana, a bilingual (Spanish/English) caregiver based in San Diego with a background in child development and mental health. I recently completed my Master's in Marriage and Family Therapy and have spent years working with kids, teens and families in school and clinical settings. Before that, I supervised groups of up to 20 kids in an after school program, planning activities and keeping every child safe and supported. My training in crisis intervention and behavior management helps me stay calm under pressure and read what a child needs, whether that's quiet time or an outdoor game. I'm patient, reliable and detail oriented. I communicate clearly with families, follow routines closely, and treat every home and pet like my own. Whether it's pet care, watching your kids, or house sitting, I bring the same care and professionalism I've built through years of working with people at their most vulnerable.
