For more than five years, I provided compassionate support to an elderly couple experiencing mobility challenges and memory loss. I bring a calm, patient, light and dependable approach to caregiving, along with a college degree in Communications and current CPR/AED and First Aid certifications. I am experienced in adapting to changing routines, providing gentle redirection during moments of confusion, and handling stressful situations with empathy and understanding. In addition to companionship and personal support, I can assist with meal preparation, light housekeeping, medication reminders, and daily activities that promote safety and well-being.
