I've always known I wanted to be a childcare provider. I've always loved being around children, and I have a passion for fostering their growth and development. I've had many years of experience babysitting, and I've found that I'm a patient, calm, and creative person. I'm also friendly and approachable, which makes it easy for children to feel comfortable around me. I believe that communication is key in any relationship, and that's especially true when it comes to childcare. I'm always happy to talk to parents about their child's day, or any issues that may arise. I follow the parents' preferred communication method, whether it's verbal communication at pickup, or regular updates via text or phone call. I'm comfortable enforcing household rules, but I always do so in a way that is respectful and age-appropriate. I believe that children need to know what is expected of them, and that they should be held accountable for their actions.
