I have over 20 years experience in daycare, preschool, and elementary school classrooms. I am CPR trained and have letters of recommendation for your review. Currently, I am looking for 15-20 hours a week. My goal is to make learning fun while addressing the best way to teach each child in accordance to their learning style. I like to create variation in activities such as reading, painting, drawing, storytelling, music appreciation, games, dance, and yoga as well as outdoor activities. I like to make activities such as clean up time fun times and incorporate social, problem solving, and academic "teachable moments" throughout the day. I teach positive communication, coping strategies, problem solving skills and socialization, and role-model these traits with respect, consideration, patience and compassion. 10 years of experience.
