I'd describe my personality as empathetic, caring and goal oriented I like working with kids because they bring a lot of curiosity and honesty. I like being part of an environment where I can help them feel safe, supported, and comfortable, especially when they may be nervous. Seeing them learn, grow, or even just feel a little better after an interaction is really rewarding to me I'm looking for a job that will make me grow as a person I started working with kids a couple of years ago. I was working at a daycare for 3 years.
