Aimee reached out to me on 11/17/25 to apply for the job we had. We shared our numbers and spoke to her on the phone.

We were impressed by her, and the fact that she only lives 15 minutes from us. We then made an appointment for her to come and assess the job for 12/17/25 @ 6PM.

On that date, she didn't show up or even call. After 30 minutes, I called her and she explained that she wasn't sure of the appointment time, how the holiday season was busy, and how she had a death in the family. We also had one, and even mentioned this to her.

Since she is a single mother, I let her chose the date and time for the next appointment, that was for 1/7/26 @6 pm. I sent a confirmation text to her at 10 am. She then she responded with an apology and explained to me that it was "too far to commute with traffic. I am a single mother."

I explained that I was a single mother and asked for a different date. I also tried to send a message via Care.com to with her that we were willing to work with her, but the message wasn't sent. Apparently, she blocked me.

From the reviews, she is very good, however, from my experience, she failed to communicate with me, for both appointments, and proceeded to ghost me.

I'm sorry, but if you are looking for work as a business owner, be professional. Ghosting and blocking someone whom was willing to work with her, and never hounded her as my communication on here and my text messages would prove.

It's a crying shame she acted like this, I really don't like leaving low scores for people. I believe in being positive.

Wonderful! Aimee is amazing and has been a lifesaver!

Aimee has been such a blessing for our family. She has been cleaning for us for about 6 months, has helped us prep our house for sale, and will clean for us after we move. “Aimee Day” is a holiday in my house!

I definitely recommend Aimee’s cleaning services. My house looks and feels clean and welcoming. She’s reliable, courteous and trustworthy. Fantastic service @ a great price.

Aimee is an outstanding house cleaner who consistently goes the extra mile to ensure our home is clean, organized, and stress-free. Her reliability, efficiency, and extensive knowledge make her an invaluable asset to our family. We are grateful for her hard work and the peace of mind she brings.

Absolutely amazing. Very professional, thorough, efficient. She deep cleaned my house the day before putting it on the market and my house sold in half a day. She did a remarkable job. 10/10 recommend.

Very nice but did not seem to be interested in being here. She always had another person with her and said certain tasks were done that weren't.

Very pleased with the wonderful job Aimee does cleaning our home. She has an eye for detail and notices the things that need doing (unlike my husband and teens). She is great at communicating and reliable. She came highly recommended from a neighbor friend and we are relieved to have found her! Best feeling ever to walk into a clean house after juggling work and kids!

Aimee has done a wonderful job cleaning our home. We love that she uses nontoxic cleaners and pays special care in cleaning our children’s rooms first before entering other high traffic areas. She’s incredibly patient with children and pets alike and is always pleasant. She gets the job done and quickly.

Aimee does a great job! Fast, but thorough. Listens to your needs. Very pleasant ☺️

Aimee has been good to work with! She is very dependable and does a nice job on our house. You always know the plan and when she’s done!

She does amazing work cleaning my home. It is so clean and smells amazing. She works well with my dogs which says alot about her personality. She even goes above and beyond and clips my dogs nails for me.

Wanted to give a big shout out to Aimee for her incredible cleaning skills. Aimee's attention to detail is impressive, and she never misses a chance to add a personal touch. Plus, her friendly and professional attitude makes her a pleasure to work with. If you're in need of top-notch cleaning services, I highly recommend reaching out.

Aimee is incredible and her attention to detail unmatched! Her help in keeping our home tidy and clean has been so appreciated! It smells amazing and she doesn’t leave until it’s spotless. The communication she leaves on what she finds or does is so helpful as well! Thank you!!!

As a busy and single professional who works long hours, life can get pretty hectic! I first met and started working with Aimee more than a year ago after she was highly recommended by a close friend. She is truly a miracle worker! She is so very kind, flexible and incredibly observant. There's no better feeling after a long day than coming home to a neat, tidy and amazing smelling home. I am so grateful for Aimee!

Our whole family is so grateful for Aimee and everything she does for us. She not only works magic with the house, but she is a kind and caring person that I have loved getting to know. She is so compassionate and makes sure that I know my self worth despite me always feeling overwhelmed with two kids and a house to keep tidy. I always feel a massive sense of relief when she arrives knowing that order will be brought back to my life and home. I now associate the scent of the essential oils she uses with being happy and relaxed. There's no better feeling than having someone kindly care for you and your space.
