Hello and thank you for taking the time to get to know more about me. For over 7 years Senior and disabled care have my focus. Prior VetMed and Psychology were on my career path. I do love to prepare meals. Dietary restrictions are strongly obeyed. Attention to detail is a req with meds. Laundry and hygiene are a daily chore never to be overlooked. I enjoy the stories of past, even in repetition. Music/sound is also a huge component to companionship - of the individuals preference - as to encourage memory recall. Sometimes flashcards are useful to remember family members and birthdays and have been productive tools. Card games, gameshows, and journals have been used also to encourage time and routine. Errands and house cleaning are manicured into our care agreement. Most important: I am patient. Beyond care. And embracing hope is my goal. I care for your family like my own. I hope these are some attributes you expect from a caretaker. I also clean houses and run errands.
