About Ainsley

I'd describe my personality as driven, compassionate, dependable, and outgoing. I like working with kids because caring for children has always been a natural part of my life. As the second oldest of five siblings, I grew up taking on a nurturing and responsible role. Over the years, I've also taught dance to children ages 3-18, where I've loved encouraging their confidence. Watching children learn new skills and celebrate accomplishments is one of the most rewarding parts. Being a dance teacher, a role that has strengthened my leadership, communication, gave me ability to work with children of all ages and personalities. I also hold a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Delaware, which has further developed my responsibility, professionalism, and strong work ethic. I love finding creative and engaging activities that make learning and spending time together fun.
