About Aisha

I'd describe my personality as Friendly, compassionate, patient and nurturing. I like working with kids because I like to form meaningful connections with children and their families can be deeply satisfying and knowing that my care and guidance are contributing to a child's well-being and future success provides a strong sense of purpose. I'm looking for a job where I can continuously grow and develop my skills and I want a job that allows me to make a meaningful impact. I started working with kids ever since I had my siblings and my mom would go to work leaving me to take care and fend which I'd always like because it gave me a sense of responsibility and accomplishment. My top 3 child care skills are patience which is the important of them, observation and empathy. One thing you should know about me is I would care for your kids the same way I would want me siblings to be taken care of.
