About Aislan

Hi! My name is Aislan, and I'm 23 years old. I'm a one-year post-grad from St. Mary's University, where I studied Business Marketing and Psychology and played collegiate volleyball. I now work remotely as a Creative Project Manager for an advertising agency in New York, but I'm looking to connect with families who need extra support during weekday evenings, weekends, or for special events / date nights. I have years of experience with kids of all ages -- from babysitting after school in high school, to coaching volleyball camps throughout the years, and working as a YMCA camp counselor in 2021. I love keeping kids active, engaged, and having fun, but I also value balance and am happy to help with homework or quiet activities when needed. Families can count on me to be energetic, caring, and reliable, creating a safe and happy environment where kids can thrive.
