Making a difference in the lives of seniors is truly rewarding. For the past five years, I've provided compassionate in-home support, including respite care, personal care, and mobility assistance. As a Certified Nursing Assistant and Certified Home Health Aide, I am skilled in medical management, dementia care, and hospice services. I also assist with errands, transportation, light housekeeping, and meal preparation. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and incorporate memory care activities. I prioritize understanding each person's preferences and history. I communicate with families through daily reports and verbal updates, always respecting their preferred method. I hold current CPR and First Aid Training.
