Hi, I'm Aja! I have over 10 years of childcare experience and truly enjoy helping children learn, grow, and thrive. I bring a calm, patient, and dependable presence to every family I work with. I love creating engaging days filled with reading, creative play, outdoor activities, and age-appropriate learning experiences. I also have experience supporting children with diverse developmental and behavioral needs, including children with special needs. I approach every child with patience, understanding, and a commitment to helping them thrive at their own pace. In addition to childcare, I'm happy to assist with meal preparation, children's laundry, organization, and light housekeeping to help keep the household running smoothly. I am CPR certified and pride myself on maintaining open communication with parents through regular updates and teamwork. My goal is to provide a safe, nurturing environment where children feel supported and families feel at ease.
