Hi! I'm Ajanae - a Temple University graduate and healthcare professional with hands-on pediatric experience at the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP). Caring for children isn't just something I've studied it's something I genuinely love and have built my professional foundation around. As the oldest sibling and grandchild in my family, caregiving has always come naturally to me - from helping with homework and daily routines. I value creating safe, structured, and nurturing environments where children feel heard, supported, and free to be themselves. I'm reliable, organized, communicative, and very safety-conscious. I also adore animals and have grown up caring for pets, so I'm more than happy to help with furry family members too!
