About Alaina

Hello! My name is Alaina, and I'm 21 years old with over 8 years of childcare experience, caring for children from newborns to preteens. I grew up in a foster and adoptive family, where my parents fostered infants and toddlers for many years. This gave me extensive hands-on experience and helped develop my passion for working with children. I've provided childcare for over 5 families, assisting with daily routines, transportation, meal preparation, homework, activities, and household responsibilities. I also volunteer with CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates), an organization that advocates for children involved in the child welfare system. I consider myself patient, dependable, attentive, and outgoing. I enjoy planning age-appropriate activities, encouraging independence, and creating a safe, positive environment for children. I'm currently seeking additional childcare opportunities and would welcome the chance to work with your family.
