About Alaina

I grew up always around kids/infants & babysitting friends/family. I have the ability to get a child's individual needs met all while making time for laughter/play. I love being able to provide a sense of nurturing & comfort that they may be missing from their parents as they are away. I enjoy being a figure children feel comfortable & safe around, maintaining a healthy Caregiver to Child bond. I take time to understand them/their needs, show I care, have their best interest, & respect them, as I believe the respect & fondness will return and make it a pleasant; enjoyable time for everyone. Skills are changing as many diapers throughout the day as needed. I prefer only A&D ointment fresh smelling behinds at all times. Keeping the house & play areas well kept all why making sure the kids are busy, safe & having fun! I succeed in getting children to do their responsibilities/chores without harsh manners but with a very motivating & an encouraging attitude with a helping hand if needed.
