About Alanis

Hi! My name is Alanis, thank you for checking out my profile. I am a college graduate and am currently in a graduate program for social work located in good ole' MD. I have 2 puppers who are my entire world and I love to read, eat good food, and make others laugh. Many describe me as bubbly, optimistic, level-headed, and insightful. I really enjoy working with children and having the opportunity to teach them about the world around us. As a caregiver, I tend to avoid screen-time and like to be engaged. One of my favorite things to do with kids is spend time outside; that includes going to parks, historical sites, or even just a stroll around the neighborhood. I have plenty of experience with helping kids meet developmental milestones as well as helping out with schoolwork.
