Hi everyone! I'm currently working as an overnight nanny. I have been working 7 nights a week but I also can do 3-4 nights. Before transitioning to overnight care, I worked as a daytime nanny and as a certified infant & toddler teacher at multiple childcare centers, including Bright Horizons in the Navy Yard. I chose to focus on overnight nannying because I am also a mom of 6, and this schedule allows me to best balance both my professional work and my family. I feel like with my 14 years of childcare and having my own kids I am really knowledgeable about the newborn stage and care. I know different tricks and hacks and I really enjoy helping the families I am first aid and CPR certified as well and when I was at Bright Horizons we were trained in safe sleep.
