About Alanna

Hi there! I am a very reliable, patient, and fun-loving person who has approximately 17 years of experience in childcare. I have plenty of experience with kids ranging from early infancy to teens, and my focus is always providing a safe, routine-focused and creative environment to encourage learning and growth. I prioritize taking the child's lead in what they're comfortable with, and following any parent instruction so everyone is set up for success. In my free time I love the outdoors, traveling, reading and visiting my family in Iowa. I also love any and all animals (my cats in particular!) so I am more than happy to be around your pets if you have them. I look forward to connecting with you!
