About Alanna

I have been working with the elderly for the past 8 years as a hospice social worker. I understand the needs of the senior population and the struggles they face as they balance growing older with maintaining their independence. I have been faced with numerous types of stressful situations and emergencies while working with the elderly. I have worked with people with dementia and have undergone training in communication with people with dementia. I have setup medication reminders, had to assist with personal care, run errands, and even have assisted with advanced directives and help managing finances. I have also, setup and worked with emergency response devices such as lifeline. You will find that I am a caring, compassionate person that is able to help in many different capacities.
