About Alayna

Hello there! Thank you for taking the time to check out my profile. My name is Alayna and I have over 10 years of experience working with children. I have worked with children from ages 6 weeks to 16 years of age. For the last three years I have worked as a private educator for two students in their home. Within that time I have successfully guided them through their core subjects while providing enriching activities that further their learning through hands-on discovery. It is my belief that children be taught based on their own individual needs and given the opportunity to learn and grow at their own pace. With that I also believe in challenging my students to further build on their self confidence within themselves as well as their studies. My life's passion is teaching kids while cultivating an environment of mutual respect and trust. I take pride in my work and my ability to connect with children in a way that fosters advanced learning and fun.
