Hi! My name is Alayna, and I'm a high school senior with a strong sense of responsibility and a caring, flexible personality. I currently balance school with a part-time job, which has helped me build strong time management, patience, and reliability. As the oldest of 9 younger siblings, I've gained hands-on experience caring for children of all ages. I'm comfortable helping with homework, keeping kids engaged with activities, and maintaining consistent routines.
