About Alayna

Hello! My name is Alayna and I have a passion for child development and I love being around children! I would love to meet a family that I can form a long term working relationship with. I have three years of experience working with children with special needs at an elementary school. I currently work as a Lead in a classroom of toddlers at a childcare center. This, combined with my college education, has prepared me to provide exceptional care. I have experience working with infants to 12 years old in daycare, school, and home settings. I am comfortable enforcing household rules and will follow preferred communication method to keep you updated on your child's day once we have established a professional relationship. I love getting outside, playing sports, and exploring nature. I also have an interest in puzzles and other games that I enjoy teaching and playing with kids to stimulate curiosity.
