Hi parents! My name is Alayna and I'm looking for a part-time nannying position. I'm available all day on Mondays, Thursdays, and Fridays. I have limited availability on Tuesdays and Wednesdays but could be flexible, just ask! I'm also free most week evenings so I could babysit for date nights or anything else! Feel free to reach out if you have any questions or want references, thanks! I started working with kids when I was 15. I would babysit for family, my baby cousins and nephews, and I absolutely loved it! Now I have my associate's in early childhood development and education. I worked at a daycare two years ago as a todd's teacher and it was such a great experience. I also interned at Christiansburg Elementary as a helper in a third grade classroom. I've been a part-time nanny with the most wonderful family for the past year and a half, but they no longer need a nanny so I'm looking for a new position! I'm also CPR certified and trained in how to handle choking situations.

We have been fortunate to have Alayna as our part-time nanny for the past year and a half, and I can't recommend her highly enough. Alayna is kind, trustworthy, dependable, and has integrity. From the very beginning, it was clear how much she genuinely cared for our son. She has given us peace of mind knowing he is not only safe in her care but also happy, engaged, and loved. She keeps our son active with activities both inside and outside the house, all without relying on screens. She communicates exceptionally well, keeping us informed while respecting our parenting preferences and routines. She has good judgment, is patient and calm, adapts easily as our son's needs have changed, and has always been flexible with our schedule when needed. Most importantly, we trust Alayna completely. She is reliable, always has a positive attitude, and genuinely enjoys spending time with our son. Any family would be incredibly fortunate to have Alayna caring for their children. While we no longer need a part-time nanny, we will absolutely continue to have her babysit whenever we can. - Claire
