About Alayna

Hi! My name is Alayna, and I am a caring, responsible, and energetic college student who truly enjoys working with children. I have 5 years of experience as a 4-H teen counselor, where I developed a strong passion for creating fun, safe, and positive environments for kids. I also worked as a Program Lead Teacher at the YMCA for 8 months and am CPR and BLS certified. I would describe myself as patient, dependable, creative, and easy to get along with. I love planning fun activities, encouraging learning, and making sure children feel comfortable and cared for. I understand how important it is for parents to have someone they can trust, and I always strive to provide reliable and attentive care.
