Hi! I'm Alaysia, an experienced nanny with a strong background caring for infants and toddlers. I have experience supporting developmental milestones, feeding, naps, outings, and adapting as children's needs change. I'm also communicative with parents and pride myself on being someone families can truly trust and rely on. Can provide letter of recommendation if needed :) I'd describe my personality as warm, intentional, & dependable. I like working with kids because I love watching their little personalities develop & being apart of their growth. Love being the adult presence that every kiddie deserves. In my spare time, I like to bake, sew, crochet, hang out with friends & family, read, etc. I value a good time & find joy in the small things. I value becoming someone a child feels safe & secure with while providing the consistency & structure they need to thrive.
