Although I wasn't Nova's employer, I had the privilege of living in the home and watching her care for my granddaughter every day over the past year. I can honestly say she has been an incredible nanny and a wonderful part of our family. As my granddaughter starts preschool, we're saying goodbye with grateful hearts, and I know another family will be so lucky to have her. My granddaughter gave Nova the nickname "Boba" before she could pronounce her name, and even though she can say Nova now, she is still—and I think always will be—her "Boba." That alone says so much about the special bond they share. She absolutely loved her days with Boba. Whether they were playing, being silly, doing activities, or learning something new, Nova always found a way to make learning fun. It was wonderful to watch my granddaughter grow, learn, laugh, and genuinely look forward to the time they spent together. Because I was there, I was able to witness firsthand Nova's patience, kindness, attentiveness, and genuine love for my granddaughter. She created such a safe, happy, and nurturing environment for her, and it was obvious that caring for her was much more than just a job to Nova. Nova is dependable, trustworthy, professional, and an excellent communicator. She consistently brought warmth, positivity, and a lot of fun into our home. I am incredibly grateful for the love and care Nova has given our family. I recommend her without hesitation and know another family will be very fortunate to have her. We will miss our Boba dearly and wish her nothing but happiness and success with her next family.
