With over 2 years of experience, I have a proven track record of providing a safe and nurturing environment for children. I'm known for being patient and calm, and I believe in building strong relationships with both children and their families. I understand that parents want to be kept informed about their child's day, so I provide written daily reports and am always available for verbal communication at pickup. I follow the parents' preferred communication method to ensure they are comfortable and informed. When it comes to enforcing household rules, I believe in following the parents' lead and ensuring consistency. I keep an open line of communication with parents to discuss any concerns or issues that arise.
