Ale has been an amazing addition to our family! My kids love her and she helps me stay on top of our busy lives. I love that Ale takes initiative to think of fun things to do with the kids. She is great about going to the library and local parks, organizing play dates and keeps the kids active and busy. Besides taking great care of my kids (5 and 8), Ale helps me by doing laundry, picking up the house and going grocery shopping. She also gets dinner started for me. I would not hesitate in hiring Ale! She is a gem. Loving, dependable, honest and fun. A good role model. With both of my kids in school now, I only need Ale in the afternoons. She is looking for a morning hours with a new family.
