My family was actively seeking an in-home nanny for our children. After posting a job ad, I received Alejandra's application. She was very responsive and seemed to be interested that I initiated a phone conversation. After speaking by phone, we agreed for a Saturday morning meet-and-greet at our home. About 15 minutes before she was supposed to arrive, she texted requesting a reschedule. I asked why to which she never responded.
