About Alejandro

I am passionate about supporting children's growth, development, and well-being. As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), I have experience working directly with children, including in school settings, where I have developed strong skills in patience, communication, behavior support, and adapting to each child's individual needs. I enjoy creating a safe, positive, and engaging environment through educational activities, games, and outdoor play. I am CPR and First Aid certified and understand the importance of following family routines, expectations, and household rules. My goal is to provide dependable and compassionate care while helping children feel comfortable, supported, and encouraged to thrive.
