About Alessandra

Hi, I've been working in caregiving for about two years, and I have plenty of hands on experience working with individuals with dementia and Alzheimer's. I'm a very kind, patient, and understanding person, and I really believe that makes a difference when caring for someone. I don't just want to take care of my clients, I want to actually get to know them, learn who they are as a person, their routines, what they like and don't like, and what makes them feel comfortable and happy. I feel like when you take the time to build that connection, you're able to provide so much better and more meaningful care. I'm also a Med Tech, so I have experience handling and administering medications and understand how important it is to be responsible, attentive, and dependable when it comes to someone's care.
