About Alessandra

Ale has been an absolute blessing to our family. With both my toddler and my newborn, she brings such a joyful, loving, and capable presence into our home. She is incredibly attentive, patient, and intuitive always knowing exactly what each child needs, whether it’s comforting the baby or engaging my toddler in a meaningful way. What truly stands out is how much she genuinely cares. She treats my children with so much love and enthusiasm, and has truly become like an older sister figure in our home. While my toddler sometimes protests her structure (lol), it’s clear how much that consistency and guidance has helped create a better routine for all of us. Ale has been an amazing mommy helper supporting me in ways that go far beyond childcare. From preparing thoughtful, healthy meals to helping implement better systems and tools to care for the kids, she is always thinking ahead and looking for ways to make our lives easier and more organized. She is incredibly reliable, nurturing, and supportive, which gives me so much peace of mind every day. I’m beyond grateful to have her during this special (and busy!) season of life. Any family would be so lucky to have someone as dedicated and wonderful as Ale.
