Hi! I'm Ally, originally from Brazil and now living in New Jersey. Caring for children is something I truly love, and I feel lucky to do work that makes a difference in their lives. I'm patient, reliable, organized, and always strive to create a safe, fun, and loving environment where children can learn, grow, and be themselves. I enjoy reading, arts and crafts, outdoor adventures, helping with homework, and making everyday routines enjoyable. I believe every family is unique, so I always respect each household's routines and parenting style while keeping open communication with parents. When families are interested, I also love sharing a little of my Brazilian culture through simple Portuguese words, songs, and activities.
