Supporting the independence and well-being of seniors and adults with special needs is a passion of mine, and I believe that taking time and care of the people around us is what being part of a community is all about. I always prioritize creating a comfortable, safe environment where your loved ones feel truly at home. I hold CPR Training and First Aid Training certifications to ensure the safety of those I support, as well as being certified to teach yoga and guided meditation practices. I am skilled at de-escalating stressful situations and redirecting attention when a resident experiences confusion or agitation. As a caregiver, I am happy to assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping to simplify your daily routine. I prioritize clear communication and will always follow your preferred method to keep you updated on your loved one's well-being.
