About Alexa

Hello, my name is Alexa, I'm currently a senior at UC Davis where I watch two twin boys! I'm a charismatic and patient person who loves working with children. They are at the perfect time of curiosity for learning and always make me laugh. I grew up with four sisters and began watching my three younger ones when I was 13. I've spent my past two summers as a lifeguard and counselor at a non-profit sleep away camp for foster and low income kids, aged 6-17. Through this, I've had various trainings in assessing and managing risk and other difficult situations that may arise when dealing with younger people and children. I also have three puppies at home, have volunteered at pet shelters, and grew up with kittens, so if you have pets, I would love to meet them! With my experience, I can provide a safe, fun and loving environment for those I care after.
