I cannot recommend this nanny based on my experience. I hired her for paid trial hours, welcomed her into my home, and she assured me she would be working with us the following week. Shortly afterward, she canceled and decided not to continue. I found her care to be average and not at the level I would expect for the premium rate she charges. While she completed basic childcare tasks, I did not see the exceptional level of engagement or professionalism I was expecting. The biggest disappointment was the lack of reliability and commitment after making plans to continue working with our family. As a parent, dependability and trust are extremely important, and unfortunately, my experience did not meet those expectations.
