Loving, caring and educating children have always been part of my personal and professional life experience. I am trustworthy, fun and creative, and love to motivate children in arts and crafts, music, dance, reading, outdoor activities with love and care for nature and for one another. My professional course as an Early Childhood teacher assistant, my various work experiences with families and institutions as Au pair, nanny, babysitter and social-cultural animator, have given me a special tenderness and know-how in child care. Xana is fantastic and has been our full time nanny for almost a year before we transitioned to daycare. Our toddler son has absolutely blossomed under her care, and he adores her. She’s so kind, responsible, and genuinely great with kids. She did lots of fun art projects with him, and she knows all the other nannies in North Redondo, so he’s gotten to meet tons of friends and socialize every day at the park. We’d definitely recommend her to any family looking for a caring, reliable nanny!

Xana is a wonderful nanny to our one year old daughter R. They have such a lovely bond and enjoy spending time together at the park, the beach and various other activities. Xana is proactive and makes even the rainiest of days fun for R. I often hear Xana singing, reading and playing instruments with R too, which she loves! 

R was my first baby and Xana has been a valuable source of advice and information. She has actively encouraged R to meet her developmental milestones and helped her to try new foods!

We are very sad to be moving out of the country and losing Xana as part of our family, but we know that she will bring joy to whoever she cares for next! 

Xana has cared for our son as our nanny for over a year now, starting when he was around 4 months old. She has always been incredibly reliable and punctual. Extremely caring and engaging with our son from day 1. Daily trips to the park and other outdoor activities (music class, the beach). 

Our son has learned so much for her over the past year+ and has exceeded in his 'milestones' and development. Every morning, he hears the door open and has the biggest smile on his face and runs to her! She goes above and beyond to ensure he feels safe and loved.

Anyone would be lucky to have Xana care for their child! She is truly the best of the best :-)

Xana was our nanny for 1 1/2 years and the only reason she stopped working for us was because we moved. Xana quickly became part of our family. She started watching our oldest daughter at 1 yo. She was caring, loving and creative with her. She turned normal things like leaves and flowers on a walk into an adventure. She assisted with our daughters major developmental changes, switches in her nap schedule and potty training. Our second daughter was born 9 months later and she quickly adapted to juggling two different schedules and stages. 

Xana truly loves the kids she watches and treats them as if they were her own. We moved from LA 2 1/2 years ago and have facetimed a lot and still keep in contact. Our daughters love her so much and we are thankful for the impact Xana has had on their life. 

Alexandra is great!  She has kids of her own, so she truly knows what she's doing. She's watched our 2 boys (ages 5 & 3) and kept them entertained with arts and crafts and other activities. We would definitely hire her again. 

Alexandra is really great with kids. She is very reliable and trustworthy and my kids have a great time with her. Highly recommend! 

I cannot say enough great things about Alexandra. We hired her full time at the beginning of this year when we were having problems with our prior nanny. From the first day we never looked back. She has been amazing. Very event oriented and activity oriented. She always takes our daughter out and tires her out. Create all sorts of arts and craft activities and is super engaged. She showed us what our prior nanny was lacking. She has also babysat my three boy nephews and our friends two boys. Everyone loves her. Has literally never once been late. The only reason that we are not keeping her all to our-self is our daughter is getting older and the preschools she was on the wait list are ready for her. I literally couldn't say enough nice things about how amazing she is. She is a fantastic addition to anyone looking and I am happy to discuss our experiences if you would like to call me. Julian M.

Alexandra does a wonderful job caring for my children (2 years and 3 months). My toddler loves to play with her. She is fun, playful, and energetic. She is also very warm, loving and affectionate to both my girls. When she started with us we were on our first week of potty training our 2 year old. Alexandra was so encouraging and patient with her during that difficult first week. Alexandra is also very good with babies. She is knowledgeable and very comfortable caring for them. I recommend her fully!

Alexandra was so wonderful with our young baby (less than 6 months old), our daughter would squeal with happiness whenever she walked in the door. Alexandra was constantly talking, singing, and reading to our baby, and would come up with different age appropriate activities to keep her entertained and stimulated. This is our first baby and I was nervous leaving her alone with anyone, but I soon felt totally comfortable with Alexandra taking care of her, she was always safe and well cared for. Alexandra truly loves children and quickly develops a special bond with them, as if they were her own children.   

Alexandra is a wonderful mother to her own children which makes her a lovely babysitter for my daughter. She speaks fluent English and Spanish and enjoys teaching my little one a new language. She always arrives early and my daughter is happy to see her. She reads to her, cooks her fresh food, takes her to the park and library and always makes sure she is challenged and happy. I love knowing that my child is in good hands.

Alexandra is absolutely wonderful and I would definitely hire her again if she lived closer!!!  She cared for my 2yo daughter who just loves her.  Alexandra is dependable, hardworking kind, trustworthy and very knowledgeable about children!  She takes the time to explain the world to my daughter, explore nature, incite her imagination and develop her creativity.  My daughter and her could just spend the entire afternoon in the yard playing tea party, looking at the trees, and giggling...it's simply the sweetest!!!  If you are looking for an astonishingly qualified caretaker for your little one ... definitely give her a try!!!  We just love her!!!

Alexandra is a very warm and caring nanny who jumped right in and knew how to take care of our son right away. She started with us when our baby boy was 4 Months Old and we were sleep training him. She followed all my directions, was very consistent with his nap routine and eating schedule and tried to do everything the same way that my husband and I do it. She was engaged and playing with baby the whole time.  She would take him for walks to the park, play outside, sing and dance with him, read him books, and kept him active all day. She was always on time and very respectful of our home.  Our son absolutely loved her, he would smile and laugh as soon as she walked in the door!
