About Alexandria

I work as a research assistant, and a huge part of my job involves providing STEM education through geospatial technology to kids in title one K-8 schools. We do school visits with our science learning lab on wheels, and it is so rewarding to see kids get excited about science! I also have two younger siblings, and spent a large portion of my early teenage years babysitting and entertaining them whenever my parents were unavailable. I also participated in an early childhood education course my last two years of high school where I created lesson plans, played with, and supervised children ages 3-5. I have a Bachelor's degree in English and I am currently working towards my Master's degree in Sociology. In my free time, I like to play the piano and learn new tricks on my Lyra hoop. I reside in the Altamonte/Maitland area but I frequently travel out to East Orlando for school, so I am open to jobs in both areas.
