I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 16 years of paid childcare experience, caring for children from newborn through 17 years old. My background is diverse-I have worked as a babysitter, nanny, mentor, teacher, therapist, and social worker-which has given me a well-rounded understanding of child development, safety, and emotional support. I bring both professional training and hands-on experience, allowing me to balance structure, fun, and flexibility. I am confident caring for infants with their unique needs, supporting school-aged children with routines and learning, and guiding teens through challenges with patience and encouragement.
